Chicago, IL; November 20, 2019 – ComplianceXL will support a U. S. based global leading machine tools manufacturer, in Global Compliance Consulting, Training and Compliance Documentation. This multi-year contract is signed to enable client to meet their regulatory compliance obligations of RoHS, REACH, Conflict Minerals, Prop 65 and IMDS. The client is one of the largest producers of machine tools, automotive parts and high-performance industrial bearings. The client excellence in producing the best of parts has boosted its footprint across the globe to serve various industries such as Automotive, Industrial, Aerospace, Railway, Construction, Agriculture and Energy. The project is headed by a Senior Compliance Consultant with ComplianceXL, supported by dedicated engineers and supplier engagement team. The initial kick off is reviewing current compliance practices in Regulatory Compliance, product categories and supplier documentation process. This assessment is followed by Training; documentation processes insights and developing a compliance framework.
The scope to this engagement is:
- Gap Assessment – The initial compliance audit, helps identify gaps in the current and best compliance practices
- Compliance Framework – ComplianceXL will help develop a framework to define SOPs, responsibilities, timelines, supplier engagement and many more for each regulation requirements.
- Compliance Documentation – Gathering compliance documentation from suppliers across the globe for the entire spread of existing and new products.
- Compliance Training – Conduct a 3-day face to face training to all compliance stakeholders on a complete spread of global regulations.
